5. Ownership of Ads/Notices

By submitting any ad, legal notice, obituary, classified, or related content through iCreateAds, you acknowledge and agree that iCreateAds and the publishing newspaper obtain full rights to the content. This includes a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, republish, archive, display, distribute, and use the content in any format or media, whether now known or developed in the future. You waive any claim to royalties or compensation for such use beyond the fees you pay for placement.
